Refund policy

We have a 2-hour cancellation policy, which means you have 2 hours after placing your order to request a cancellation.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items
Due to the nature of our product, we cannot accept cancellations or exchanges; however, if you are unsatisfied, we want to hear about it. Please reach out to us at hello@betterflock.com.

Refund for Cancellations
If your order cancellation was placed within the 2-hour window and approved, we will notify you about your refund approval. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
